Responsibilities:

• Conclusion of direct contracts with resource supply companies.
• Risk and cost optimization.
• Visiting facilities under repair.
• Coordination of the list of repair and construction works of repaired objects.
• Participation in the commissioning of the facility and equipment.
• Organization and control of equipment repair.
• Organization of emergency response at facilities.
• Monitoring the use of the approved budget.
• Control of contractors for the implementation of estimated work.
• Responsibility for the maintenance and uninterrupted operation of engineering systems: heat supply (DH), water supply, sewage, electricity.
• Implementation of control over accounting of consumed resources of premises.
• The solution of current issues on room maintenance.
• Drawing up plans for the ongoing repair of life support systems stores.

Requirements:

• Higher education.

• Similar work experience from 1 year.

• Experience in the maintenance of stores.

• Excel knowledge at the level of a confident user.

• Ability to work with project documentation, reading drawings.
